Professional Cappuccino Frother

The Professional Cappuccino Frother provides either perfect milk foam for the ultimate cappuccino experience or hot milk for your latte macchiato.

Fine Foam Frother

This JURA frother with revolutionary fine foam technology creates a finely textured milk foam with a long-lasting consistencyand is compatible with the Connector System©. Inside the multichamber system the milk is drawn in, heated, and then frothed up with air. The result is a milk foam like no other, that caresses the palate and tongue and is ideal for decorating.

2-Stage Frothing Nozzle

Thanks to the 2-stage frothing nozzle, you can either heat milk (for caffè latte) or froth milk (for cappuccino).

Hot Water Nozzle

The hot water nozzle is mounted in a flash and supplies a regular jet of water.

Fine Foam Technology

The ultra-modern frother technology prepares milk foam of unprecedented quality. The foam is both fine and compact, giving it a creamy consistency with a subtle sweetness.

The frothers have two separate chambers in which the milk is frothed twice. Any bubbles that form will burst, compacting the foam and making it extremely fine. Three bars in the frother spout slow down the foam as it exits the frother, so it is poured slowly and evenly into the cup.

Connector System©

The Connector System© enables the use of a Professional Cappuccino Frother, an Easy Cappuccino Frother as well as the 2-stage frothing nozzle and hot water nozzle.

Cleaning and Maintenance

For perfect coffee in a cup every time it’s important to look after your machine on a day-to-day basis and follow some simple rules of hygiene when it comes to milk, coffee and water.

The integrated cleaning programme of a JURA automatic speciality coffee machine reliably removes coffee fat, from the patented brewing unit to the coffee spout. By using modern and innovative technologies, the cleaning programme is perfectly timed at 80°C (cleaning by hand is only possible up to about 40°C). This guarantees optimum hygiene and cleanliness, without the need to remove the brewing group and clean it manually.

This is why every JURA machine has a maintenance-free brewing unit with self-cleaning at the touch of a button, thanks to the integrated maintenance programmes.

CLARIS Filter Cartridge

JURA‘s CLARIS filter system offers an insurance policy against scale.

The CLARIS filter cartridge reduces calcium deposits on the heating element without the need for chemical additives. Heavy metals and constituents of drinking water that affect the taste are filtered out.

CLARIS from JURA is hard on scale, but soft on your coffee machine.

Energy Save Mode (E.S.M.©)

With the Energy Save Mode (E.S.M.©), the machine's energy-saving potential can be adjusted entirely to your habits and you can save up to 40 % of the energy normally required.

Zero-Energy Switch

This patented JURA innovation means that no ongoing processes are interrupted if the machine is switched off. If coffee is already being dispensed, the process is completed before the automatic switch-off rinse is performed. The switch then disconnects the machine entirely from the electrical mains.

HS Plus Technology

The high-performance conical grinder with HS Plus technology reduces grinding time and noise by up to 50%. The grinder geometry and finer teeth guarantee consistent grinding results throughout the lifetime of the machine.

Precision Grinder

The right grinder is crucial to the quality of a cup of coffee.This is guaranteed by a powerful six-level, conical grinder with grinding heads made of hardened steel.
